Your Healing Journey

Initial Assessment

This is to determine which program will best suit your needs & goals.  Includes digital posture screening & in depth report.

Week 1 to 4

This first four weeks are aimed to set you up for success, & will involve an in depth physical assessment, goal setting & starting your tailored program.

Week 5 to 8

In this phase you’ll feel rewards for your dedication.  We’ll progress your physical program for greater strength, stability, & mobility, deepen your breath & mind-body connection, recognise your behaviour & mindset patterns, & boost your confidence in holistic self healing as your lifestyle habits emerge.

Week 9 to 12

In this phase you’ll notice tangible changes; enhanced movement, less pain and improved strength, mobility and stability.  Enjoy better sleep, feel happier, empowered and fearless. You’ll become a self-lead healer with skills to maintain your health and wellbeing, eager for what’s next!

Post 90 days

Continue your empowerment journey with our custom follow on programs.  They guarantee ongoing success & turn new habits into second nature.  Choose coaches who made the biggest impact in your first 90 days for sustained growth.

15 MIN CONSULT

Take advantage of our free 15 min consultation aimed to determine if we are good fit to work together.  This will provide a brief overview of your current condition and symptoms, in addition to learning more about our holistic programs, coaches, and an opportunity for you to ask any questions about our approach you may have.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

This 60 min call with Dan includes a deep dive into your history, symptoms and current lifestyle habits to determine which program will best suit your needs and goals.  The investment for this assessment is $167, and will include an online digital posture screening with an in depth report.  Please use this option if you want to skip straight to the assessment.

Week 1 to 4: Empowerment Phase

FOUNDATIONS FOR YOUR SUCCESS
  • Receive your Holistic Rehabilitation equipment and welcome pack
  • Complete the Physical Assessment process to start learning about your body
  • Conduct your comprehensive full body assessments, both physical & digital
  • Establish clear goals for physical and emotional healing
  • Introduce holistic approach to pain management
  • Begin implementing basic lifestyle changes and exercises tailored to your needs
  • Your introduction to Developmental Coaching with Louise Walker to address underlying emotional pain and trauma related to back issues
  • Introduction of soft tissue work and myofascial release techniques
  • Start watching exercise videos within your personalised program
  • Go through program details to ensure understanding of what you need to do and how to do it
  • Schedule your first 4 weeks of activity on our App’s calendar for consistency and accountability
  • Book all sessions in with your coaches
  • Understand necessary changes across life areas to alleviate physical pain
  • Develop a greater awareness of tension areas in the body and apply self-soft tissue therapy for greater flexibility
  • Realise the connection between physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being
  • Prioritise pain relief while setting goals for broader life improvements
  • Meet Nutritional Coach Chrissy Freer to implement anti-inflammatory meal plan
  • Experience effects of anti-inflammatory diet and increased water intake
  • Develop trust with coaches, understand program style, and establish new routine
  • Improve sleep quality and experience reduced pain
  • Establish consistent routine and embrace holistic approach
  • Review your last 4 weeks, provide feedback for blueprint refinement
  • Continue tailored exercise program implementation

Weeks 5 to 8: Renewal Phase

IMPLEMENTATION OF HOLISTIC HABITS

  • Dive deeper into emotional release techniques
  • Meet your Breath work and Meditation Coach Laura Fillmann, to learn ways to create presence, self awareness, clear energy blockages and most importantly reduce stress
  • Establish clear goals for breath work and meditation practice
  • Schedule breath work and meditation practices
  • Individual coaching sessions to support emotional healing
  • Physical program progressions are implemented to continue building strength, mobility, stability and flexibility
  • Connect in with your Yoga coach Laura to explore our extensive online library of practices.
  • Discover yoga sessions designed to enhance overall wellbeing, promote flexibility, and harmonise breath with movement.
  • Embrace practices that cultivate spaciousness within the body and mind, fostering holistic healing and rejuvenation.
  • Fine-tune exercise form and technique for maximum effectiveness
  • Monitor progress and adjust program as needed based on client feedback

Weeks 9 to 12: Freedom Phase

EXPERIENCE YOUR TRANSFORMATION

  • Intensify exercise program with a continued focus on strength, mobility, and stability
  • Deepen mindfulness practices and meditation techniques
  • Work on shifting limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns
  • Cultivate a growth mindset for long-term success and resilience
  • Explore advanced breath work techniques for relaxation and mental clarity
  • Reflect on progress made throughout the program
