He did a "soft tissue therapy" session on my shoulder working with trigger points and my breath and it was incredible. I went from being in severe pain to very little pain just from the session itself and woke up today feeling so so much better and shoulder has relaxed and settled back, I'm pretty much pain free today! Hayley Macpherson ★★★★★ I signed up Dan and team for 3 months when all other solutions failed , I am 41 with quite a severe spinal injury suffering from a bulging disc a vertebrae injury 2 poorly healed fractures and nerve impingement, it’s fair to say I couldn’t move without severe pain and sleeping was near impossible, I had tried massage , acupuncture, physio, exercises from YouTube, anti inflammatory drugs pain killers just about everything, I came across Holistic rehabilitation on the internet and decided to reach out, I was skeptical at first as I had been told by not one but two neurosurgeons that surgery was the only option, so out of desperation I had to give something a try so I sign up with Dan and team and did their full package program which supported me not only on a physical level but a mental and wellbeing level too, I had Dans extensive knowledge guiding me and helping me strengthen and understand my body and Laura teaching me ways to distress and just take a moment to breathe through her uniquely tailored to your yoga sessions , I had one on one coaching sessions with Louise who helped me tremendously breakdown walls and negative thinking patterns and Chrissy who taught me the benefits of an anti inflammatory diet and shared her knowledge on food and making smarter choices as I was also looking to lose weight while doing the program, anyway fast forward to now the surgeon and myself are happy with the outcome and I am so grateful to Dan and team for all the did for me and grateful to myself for taking the chance, I am now back at work after 9 months at home due to pain but I am now pain free I have little twinges here and there but I have learnt how to manage them and can very quickly get back to a good place instead of weeks of pain I now have the tools to keep myself in a pain free place and i am continuing to get stronger and stronger I couldn’t be happier and I am so glad I didn’t go down the surgery road, I mean why would you if your didn’t have too right! Kat Henson ★★★★★ I was one of Dan’s clients for exactly 100 sessions and only stopped seeing him as I moved overseas.I had been on my own weight loss journey through healthy eating and doing cardio and classes at the gym before teaming up with Dan.
