10 years ago founder & head coach Dan Henderson developed a serious case of Chronic Non-Specific lower back pain whilst in his role of PT manager. This attributed to poor movement patterns, a pro-inflammatory diet, excess medication, prolonged periods of sitting and excess heavily lifting that collectively increased his pain.
Dan wasted time, money and energy trying everything the health system prescribed, with no real solution in sight after almost 12 months.
This is when Dan decided to take matters into his own hands and decided to re- educate himself in the niche of injury rehabilitation. Since then Dan has not only remained pain free but he has been able to create a unique way to not only eliminate pain, but prevent it from returning for himself and hundred’s of clients.
Together with our experienced coaches, our programs focus on you as a whole person. We do this through tailored rehab exercise programs to correct faulty functional movement patterns, increase overall strength, especially in the core and glutes, and improve mobility and stability.
Our clients will also be guided through breath work, meditation, gentle hatha and restorative yoga to incorporate mindfulness to reduce stress and ensure healthy spine flexibility.
In conjunction to implementing an anti inflammatory diet through nutritional coaching and meal plans, and developmental coaching to foster a growth mindset and identify and resolve self limiting beliefs, sabotaging behaviours and conditioned ways of thinking that keep you living in limitation
